Privately held and vertically integrated  road & site work general contractor with operating quarries, hot-mix asphalt plants and grading operation in need of an individual that can bid roadway /  utility /  asphalt paving / site development work. Projects range in size from $250k to $8 Million. This person will also manage the project from the office, oversee project documentation, interact extensively with sub-contractors, schedule/sequence crews & sub-contractors and be a steady influence for the Project Supt. and Project Engineer assigned to the job site. This person must be experienced HCSS user. This is a 90% office based position with minimal travel to job sites as necessary to assist project team. This person must be organized and able to multi-task due to involvement with multiple jobs simultaneously.
