As a recognized industry leader with a proven ability to communicate effectively I work to build consensus on key decisions while forming effective internal and external partnerships. My areas of executive expertise are leadership, culture development, recruiting and retention of talent, growth strategy development and implementation, negotiation, procurement, specification compliance, litigation mitigation, dispute resolution and team building.
For the next chapter of my professional career I have decided to join the ProSearch Intl team and assist James with expanding ProSearch’s presence in the New England region.
