My construction experience spans 30 years with one multi-state heavy civil employer and includes significant accomplishments in the areas of business development, estimating, bidding, project management, human resources, QC, safety, compliance, administration, risk avoidance, surety and construction finance. As a recognized industry leader with a proven ability to communicate effectively I work to build consensus on key decisions while forming effective internal and external partnerships. My areas of executive expertise are leadership, culture development, recruiting and retention of talent, growth strategy development and implementation, negotiation, procurement, specification compliance, litigation mitigation, dispute resolution and team building.
For the next chapter of my professional career I have decided to join the ProSearch Intl team and assist James with expanding ProSearch’s presence in the New England region. My practical experience means I fully understand the hiring needs of our client companies, as well as the career goals of our construction candidates.
