Commercial Construction Project Coordinator

Description:

The Project Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring smooth project execution by supporting project managers, superintendents, and clients throughout all phases of construction. This position is ideal for someone organized, proactive, and detail-oriented who thrives in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.


Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative and logistical support to project teams

  • Assist with contract and document management, including submittals, RFIs, and change orders

  • Coordinate project schedules, meetings, and communication between internal teams and subcontractors

  • Maintain accurate project files and documentation throughout the project lifecycle

  • Support jobsite teams with tracking materials, permits, and compliance requirements

  • Help manage project closeout processes and punch list tracking

  • Contribute to tracking budgets, timelines, and project deliverables

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in commercial construction or a related field

  • Strong organizational and communication skills

  • Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office Suite)

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment

  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and a strong team player

Associate or bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Business, or related field preferred
