Commercial Construction Project Coordinator
Description:
The Project Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring smooth project execution by supporting project managers, superintendents, and clients throughout all phases of construction. This position is ideal for someone organized, proactive, and detail-oriented who thrives in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.
Responsibilities:

Provide administrative and logistical support to project teams

Assist with contract and document management, including submittals, RFIs, and change orders

Coordinate project schedules, meetings, and communication between internal teams and subcontractors

Maintain accurate project files and documentation throughout the project lifecycle

Support jobsite teams with tracking materials, permits, and compliance requirements

Help manage project closeout processes and punch list tracking

Contribute to tracking budgets, timelines, and project deliverables
Requirements:

2+ years of experience in commercial construction or a related field

Strong organizational and communication skills

Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office Suite)

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment

Detail-oriented, proactive, and a strong team player
Associate or bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Business, or related field preferred
